Digital Object Identifier

IJSAEP publications assign a unique digital object identifier (DOI) to every article it publishes. The DOI initiative is an international effort for electronic content identification and is guided by the International DOI Foundation, composed primarily of academic publishers and societies. The DOI appears on the title page of the article. It is assigned after the article has been accepted for publication and persists throughout the lifetime of the article. It is important to include the article’s DOI in the reference, as volume and page information are not always available for articles published online.

CrossCheck

CrossCheck is a multi-publisher initiative to screen published and submitted content for originality. CA uses iThenticate software to detect instances of overlapping and similar text in submitted manuscripts. To find out more about CrossCheck visit http://www.crossref.org/crosscheck/index.html. Authors are also encouraged to review the Office of Research Integrity's definition of self-plagiarism, which can be found at https://ori.hhs.gov/28-guidelines-glance-avoiding-plagiarism

Before Publications:

We normally send the PDF Galley proofs to the author for a final proofreading and corrections, at this stage the Author can highlight corrections if any. These can be done before the manuscript is published.

Post Publishing:

Some corrections may be allowed in the published article if it seriously affects the findings. The corrections will be published in the next issue.

In some rare instances we need to retract or withdrawal an article as a result of unforeseen circumstances. These instances may be copyright violation of another publisher, misrepresentation or misconducting facts and figures etc. Although during review process reviewer manually checks for these issues, but they do happen. The article could be retracted or withdraw from the issue publication.

A notation will be added on the original version of article stating the date of retraction or withdrawal and in the most of cases reader can get brief explanation of that.
